Healthy Banana Pancakes

 This may be my new favorite breakfast recipe. These turned out delicious! This recipe is very similar to the waffles on the blog. I substituted strawberries for coconut flakes. TIP: If you like flat pancakes like me, be sure to flatten them out with your spatula when you flip them!   

Ingredients

  • 2c oats
  • 1/4c almond milk
  • 1/2c Greek yogurt •1tsp vanilla
  • 1tsp ground cinnamon •2 eggs
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4c unsweetened coconut flakes 

Method

Blend everything in the @vitamix besides the coconut flakes! Be sure to spray your skillet with non-stick spray and enjoy! 🐝
