Lemon Salmon
Sriracha salmon has always been my favorite salmon recipe that I make. I am out of sriracha and had some lemons so decided I would try a lemony salmon! It turned out incredible. Sriracha, you won't be replaced but this might be a close tie!
Ingredients
- Olive oil
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Fresh ground pepper
- 1-2 lemons
Method
*This recipe makes 2 servings or 1/2lb of salmon filet.* Pre-heat oven on 400. Rub the salmon with olive oil, light cover with garlic powder and onion powder. Add lots of fresh ground pepper! Slice 1 whole lemon and place on top of salmon. Squeeze the lemon ends all over. Once the oven has reached the temperature, place salmon in oven for about 10-15 minutes. I cooked mine for 12. Then turned the broiler on for 2 minutes for the perfect crispy top and medium inside. Enjoy!
I served this with buffalo cauliflower and TexMati wild rice (follow cooking instructions on the package). Cut a cauliflower head into pieces. add 1/4c of your favorite buffalo sauce. Add a little bit of onion and garlic powder. Bake on 400 for 30-45 minutes.
