Cous Cous Medley

π™²πš˜πšžπšœ π™²πš˜πšžπšœ π™ΌπšŽπšπš•πšŽπš’ ~ 
Paired perfectly with my maple sriracha salmon, chicken or great by itself for a little meatless meal.

Ingredientsβ €
1 c Cous cous pearls 
3/4 c water
Mushrooms
Asparagus
Olive oil
Umami seasoning from Trader Joe’s

Method
Heat a large skillet on medium heat with about 1 tbsp evoo. Once hot add in the chopped asparagus & mushrooms. Sauté for a couple of minutes, add about 1-2 tsp umami seasoning, stir frequently.

In a small pot bring the water to a boil. Once you have a rolling boil, add the cous cous, cover with lid and turn off and bring to a simmer and let it steam for 5-7 minutes. Once cooked add to the sautéed veggies!
