Granola

Ingredients

  • 1 c oats

  • 1 c almonds

  • 1/2 c unsweetened coconut

  • 1/2 craisins

  • 1/2 c pumpkin seeds

  • 1/2 c sunflower seeds

  • 1 tbsp ghee

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • 2 tbsp almond or peanut butter

  • 3 tbsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp ginger

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • Salt

Method

Pre-heat oven at 375. Add oats, nuts, seeds, 1 tbsp cinnamon, ginger & honey in a bowl. In a small ramekin, microwave almond butter, coconut oil, and ghee for 30 seconds or until melted. Combine in bowl and stir! Evenly spread granola on a baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes..

Once the granola is cooled, add in the craisins, coconut, remaining cinnamon and a drizzle of more honey if desired!
