Potato Stacks

Ingredients

  • 1-2 potatoes depends on how many you are serving! I made one sweet potato and one russet potato for 2 people.

  • Olive oil

  • Onion powder

  • Garlic Powder

  • Pepper

  • Option Toppings: green onion..would’ve been good to melt a little cheese on the russet potato!

Method

Pre-heat oven on 400. Leaving the skin on, slice the potatoes into very thin slices. For regular potatoes do this—In a mixing bowl, add a nice drizzle of olive oil, pepper, onion powder & garlic powder.

For sweet potatoes I just did a little bit of olive oil and that was it!

Bake for 40-45 mins! They will be nice and crispy!
