Spicy Teriyaki Shrimp
Ingredients
Shrimp (I cooked 10)
2 tsp sambal chili (I like it hot..try 1 tsp if you are unsure..you can always add more spice!)
1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 tsp coconut aminos {or soy sauce}
1 tsp minced garlic
Green beans
Red Quinoa
Steam the green beans to give them a little head start. I filled my bowl with about 1 c water and covered the bowl and microwaved the green beans for 3 minutes.
Mix the shrimp, sauces & garlic in a bowl. Heat your large skillet with 1 tbsp evoo on medium high heat. Add the shrimp. Cook for a couple of minutes and then flip sides and add the green beans. Once the shrimp are cooked, remove from pan and set aside. Let the green beans cook with the sauce! Once they have a nice coat, everything is ready! Serve with rice, quinoa or whatever you’d like.
