Turkey Burgers
Y’all these burgers turned out SO good! If I would’ve had some cilantro on hand I probably would’ve added some. I think it would be a great addition! Cant wait for you to try these.
Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
1/2 avocado
a handful of diced bell peppers
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp soy sauce/ liquid aminos
Method
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well! Form patties to your desired shape and thickness. Heat 2 tbsp of avocado oil on medium/high heat. Add patties and heat on each side for about 5-7 minutes depending on the thickness.
I served mine with leftover brussel sprouts and some sautéed spinach! Would be great with a bun of course, or lettuce cups!
Tip—store the patties in a freezer bag and keep in freezer…remove when you want to eat one and heat up on a skillet with some oil! Enjoy!
