Ingredients
3-4 ripe bananas
1/4 c maple syrup
2 c rolled oats
2 eggs (or 1 egg and a spoon full of greek yogurt..whatever you have on hand)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp pure vanilla
A dash of cinnamon
A sprinkle of salt
Choc chips (optional)
Walnuts (optional)
Method
Pre-heat oven on 350. Blend all ingredients on high for 1 minute or until you have a good consistency! Or use an immersion hand blender. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean! All ovens vary..enjoy!
