Carrot Hummus

Ingredients
- 1 can of garbanzo beans (reserve liquid in a bowl)
- 1c dices carrots
- 1 lemon-squeezed!
- 1 tbsp sriracha
Method
Drain the garbanzo beans and save the liquid in a bowl. Place beans and carrots on a baking sheet and bake on 400 for 30 minutes or until the beans are looking toasty.
In a food processor or vitamix, mix all ingredients and add a little bit of the reserved liquid and begin to blend. If the consistency is looking to thick, add a little more liquid. You be the judge! Top with 1 tbsp #everythingbutthebagel .
