Chicken Sausage & Brussels Sprouts
It doens’t get much easier than this recipe right here!
Ingredients
Brussels sprouts cut into quarters
2 chicken sausage linkes (I use @traderjoes sun dried tomato w/basil)
EVOO
Balsamic glaze
S & P
Method
Heat about 2 tbsp EVOO in a large skillet. Once hot, add in the Brussels. Cook for about 8 mins or until fork tender and golden brown. Add in the chicken sausage, cook for a couple more mins! Reduce heat, add in about 1/2-1 tbsp balsamic glaze. Toss it all together and then enjoy! 🐝
