Can’t wait to make this better than Chinese takeout again soon.

Ingredients

1 lb ground chicken

1/4 c soy sauce

1/4 c honey 

1 tbsp rice vinegar 

1 tbsp minced garlic 

1 tsp sesame oil

Red pepper flakes

Sesame seeds

Optional- 1 c sautéed mushrooms & a bell pepper. I added in both because they were about to go bad! 


Method

Brown the ground chicken on medium high heat. It cooks pretty quickly, about 5-7 mins. Add in all of the remaining ingredients and reduce the heat to low. Cook for about 7-10 more mins to get the flavors really cookin’😋


We enjoyed as a lettuce wrap bowl with romaine, brown rice & the chicken on top. 🐝
