Turkey Burgers

Yโ€™all these burgers turned out SO good! If I wouldโ€™ve had some cilantro on hand I probably wouldโ€™ve added some. I think it would be a great addition! Cant wait for you to try these.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey

  • 1/2 avocado

  • a handful of diced bell peppers

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 1 tsp soy sauce/ liquid aminos

Method

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well! Form patties to your desired shape and thickness. Heat 2 tbsp of avocado oil on medium/high heat. Add patties and heat on each side for about 5-7 minutes depending on the thickness.

I served mine with leftover brussel sprouts and some sautรฉed spinach! Would be great with a bun of course, or lettuce cups!

Tipโ€”store the patties in a freezer bag and keep in freezerโ€ฆremove when you want to eat one and heat up on a skillet with some oil! Enjoy!
