Crispy Brussel Sprouts
Ingredients
1 lb brussel sprouts
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic
1/2-1 tbsp sriracha
A sprinkle of onion powder and garlic powder
Method
Pre-heat oven on 400. Line baking sheet with foil, spray with non-stick..I use olive oil non-stick! Mix the ingredients in a small ramekin then pour over the brussels. Toss them well so that each brussel sprout is coated nicely. Spread them out evenly on baking sheet and then sprinkle with a little bit of onion powder and garlic powder. Roast for 30-40 mins. I cook mine for 35 and then broil on high for 2 mins to get that extra crisp. Every oven is different so check on them after about 25 mins to see how they are cooking!
