Texas BBQ
Sheet pan dinners are the best! Easy to prep, cleanup and relax.

Ingredients:
Russet potatoes
Paprika
Pepper

Brussels
Sriracha
Olive oil
Everything but the bagel seasoning

Corn on the cob
Chile lime seasoning
Butter

Method:
Preheat oven on 400. Quarter the Brussels & potatoes. Spray sheet pan with non stick olive oil or whatever you use. Evenly spread the potatoes & drizzle with olive oil and a sprinkle of paprika and pepper.

In a mixing bowl combine Brussels with sriracha and olive oil. Sorry I didn’t measure these out but I do a lot of sriracha because I like 🔥 about 2 tbsp of olive oil. Then sprinkle with everything but the bagel seasoning! Once the Brussels are evenly coated with EVOO, sriracha and spices spread them out on the baking sheet.

Cover the corn on the cob in foil and place 1 slice of butter and a sprinkle of Trader Joe’s Chile lime seasoning.

Place all in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until everything looks a little crispy! {idk about you but that’s how we like it}

I served the veggies with a rotisserie chicken from @central_market . I placed in our toaster oven on reheat mode for 15 minutes and it was perfectly reheated and delicious as well!
