Spineapple Sunrise
1 c frozen pineapple
2-3 c spinach
1/2 c frozen mango
1 frozen banana
2c almond milk
2 scoops of vanilla whey protein
Add ice if needed!
Blend on high for 1 minute or until smooth!
BERRYNutella
1 C frozen berries
2 C spinach
1 frozen banana
2 C almond milk
1 tbsp nutella
2 scoops of vanilla whey protein
Add 1/4-1/2 C ice if needed
Blend on high for 1 minute!

unsweetened almond milk
1/2 c plain Greek yogurt
1/2 c frozen mixed berries
1/2 c frozen mango
a big handful of spinach
2 scoops @drinkorgain organic protein
2 scoops @vitalproteins collagen. ⠀
F̶u̶n̶ Fact: You body stops producing collagen around age 25 so it is so important to incorporate it into your diet. It is the most abundant protein in your body! 💪🏻

Unsweetened almond milk
Kefir
2 scoops Orgain protein powder
I never add ice!!!! I use frozen fruit.
